These terms apply to the Kaho Likho app and kaholikho.com, provided by Next Gen Payment Wallet India Private Limited (CIN U74999UP2021PTC152770), 4th Floor, 402, Alpha-1, I.A. Surajpur, Greater Noida Alpha Road, Alpha 1, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India. By using Kaho Likho you agree to them.

1. The service

Kaho Likho turns speech into written text, cleans it up and can translate it into other languages. It works as a keyboard on your phone and needs an internet connection.

2. Check before you send

Speech recognition and translation are automated and can make mistakes, especially with names, numbers or noisy surroundings. Please read your text before you send or rely on it. Don't use Kaho Likho as the only record of anything important, such as medical, legal or financial instructions.

3. Your content

What you say and the text produced from it belong to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Kaho Likho to break the law, to harass or impersonate anyone, to record people without their consent where the law requires consent, or to interfere with the service.

5. Plans and payments

Some features may need a paid plan. Prices, what each plan includes, renewal and refunds are shown in the app before you pay. Purchases made through an app store also follow that store's terms.

6. Our rights

The Kaho Likho app, name and logo belong to Next Gen Payment Wallet India Private Limited. We may change or stop features. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

Kaho Likho is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss caused by errors in recognised or translated text that you did not check. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
