Delete your Kaho Likho account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by asking us.
From the app
- Open Kaho Likho and sign in.
- Go to Settings and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted and you are signed out on every device.
Without the app
Email support@kaholikho.com from any address, with the subject "Delete my Kaho Likho account" and the mobile number or email address you signed up with. We will confirm that the request comes from you, usually with a one-time code, before deleting anything. We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted, and what we keep
- Deleted: your account, your sign-in details, your language and app settings, and any text you chose to save in the app.
- Already not kept: we delete voice recordings as soon as your text is produced, and we don't keep your dictated text on our servers after returning it to you. See our privacy policy.
- Kept only where the law requires: payment and tax records, for the period the law sets, and then deleted.
Uninstalling is not the same as deleting
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. To stop Kaho Likho completely, delete your account as above. You can also turn off its bubble and its Accessibility permission at any time in your phone's settings.
