Cancellation and refund policy
This policy applies to Kaho Likho paid plans (Pro and Yearly), provided by Next Gen Payment Wallet India Private Limited (CIN U74999UP2021PTC152770), 4th Floor, 402, Alpha-1, I.A. Surajpur, Greater Noida Alpha Road, Alpha 1, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India. Plans and prices are on our pricing page.
1. How plans renew
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly), at the price shown in the app when you subscribed, until you cancel. If you started with an introductory offer, the regular price applies from the first renewal after the introductory period. You are always told the amount and the date before you agree.
2. How to cancel
- If you pay by UPI AutoPay: in the Kaho Likho app, open Profile, then Subscription, then Cancel AutoPay. You can also cancel the AutoPay mandate at any time in your UPI app (for example Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank's app), under AutoPay or Mandates.
- If you pay through Google Play: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Kaho Likho and tap Cancel subscription. The app also has a "Manage subscription in Google Play" button that takes you there.
After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a plan.
3. Refunds
- Payments for Kaho Likho plans are not refundable, including for part of a period that you do not use.
- In exceptional cases, for example if you were charged but could not use the service because of a problem on our side, email us and our team will review your case. Any refund in such a case is at the company's discretion and goes back to the original payment method.
- Failed or duplicate payments: if money was taken but the payment failed, or you were charged twice for the same period, the extra amount is reversed to your original payment method. Failed UPI payments are normally reversed automatically by your bank within the timelines set by the RBI and NPCI. If it has not reached you within 7 working days, email us with the date, the amount and your UPI or bank reference.
- Google Play payments: payments made through Google Play also follow Google Play's refund policy, and refund requests for them can be made to Google.
